Blog :: 2017

To all my clients, family and friends,

We are all in this together! My prayers go out to all who are struggling emotionally, physically, financially and who are just trying to get through each day during this pandemic. We are always here for you. Not only for selling Real Estate but for anything you may need. We have wonderful volunteers and a list of connections that can help. If you need groceries or help please call our office at 203-796-7706 we have a team of generous, caring agents willing to help our community. That is what we do! *All calls are strictly confidential.

Some positive Real Estate news...YES we can still sell your home at this time. The Federal Reserve just dramatically dropped their interest rates to keep the money moving for YOU. We live in a high-tech world and I have "state of the art" 3D virtual tours on all of my properties in Connecticut so you will be able to navigate through my listings even if you can not be here in person. I will conference, video chat, text, email or simply call to discuss all of your options. If you wish to preview in person we practice all of the CDC's recommended guidelines including hand washing, disinfectant practices and safe social distancing at each home. Your health and safety is our highest priority.

Homes are still being listed each and everyday.I work continually throughout many areas of Connecticut including Litchfield, Fairfield and New Haven Counties. I specialize in Candlewood Lake and other water communities as well as single family, multi-family and townhomes.  I can provide you with all of our current and future marketing, excellent home values in a variety of ways that you feel comfortable with. See the links on my website for interest in buying or selling that can be used from your home. Life will continue to move forward and I am here to assist you with all aspects of making this happen.

Wishes for a healthy and safe future!
